Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is available after the designated time. Enter the provided code to unlock the door.
  • This unit is located in Building 5 on the 7th floor.
  • Before check-in, you must complete and sign the rental agreement once your booking is confirmed.

Property Access

  • All buildings at the resort feature elevators.
  • Units are wheelchair accessible.

Policies and Rules

  • Guest making reservation must be 23 or older.
  • Family groups only. If a group misrepresents themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund.
  • The owner reserves the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in their opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property.
  • Absolutely no house parties.
  • No pets allowed (resort policy).
  • No smoking inside condo. Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking in the property is detected.
  • Trailers and car hauler parking is strictly prohibited. Alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.
  • Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings.
  • No fireworks of any kind are allowed.
  • Premises shall be used only for residential purposes, with no animals and for no other purpose.
  • Tenant agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the premises or occupancy thereof.
  • Tenant agrees that no use shall be made of the premises, or acts done, which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the premises, or cause cancellation of any insurance policy covering the premises.

Fees and Payments

  • A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card for any damages after your stay.
  • Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
  • Cancellation/Deposit Refund Policy:
    • If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund.
    • If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee.
    • All cancellations must be made by phone (call 855-44-SWEET). You cannot cancel a reservation online.
    • The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this instance, all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the client.
    • The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, any technical or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond their control.
  • Reservations do not include: Expenses and items not mentioned, including, but not limited to: transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls, and other items of a personal nature.

Parking Information

  • Each unit offers free parking for one car.
  • Trailer or car hauler parking is strictly prohibited; alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.
  • Public parking and a trolley stop at the bottom of the hill provide access to attractions in Pigeon Forge for a nominal fee of $0.50.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and local phone service are provided.
  • The kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, dishes, glassware, pot and pan sets, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Specialized items such as a wok, rice steamer, or crockpot are not provided.
  • Bed linens and towel sets are provided for your stay (cannot be changed out).
  • A washing machine and dryer are available in the unit. A single-use box of detergent is supplied.
  • Iron and ironing board are provided.
  • The outdoor pool features a mushroom water feature and is typically heated in April and May, depending on weather. The indoor pool is heated year-round.
  • Outdoor grills are available in common areas (grilling restrictions apply).
  • Resort amenities include a quarter-mile walking trail on a five-acre green space, tetherball, volleyball court, horseshoes, two playgrounds, basketball court, and shuffleboard.

Accessibility Features

  • Accessible pathways, wide clearances to bed and shower, step-free access to bathroom and common spaces, and elevators are provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Use of the swimming pool or other property facilities is at your own risk. Injury, damage, or loss to the client’s property is the client’s own responsibility.
  • Tenant assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of landlord and tenant during use and occupancy.
  • Tenant assumes all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold landlord harmless from and indemnify landlord against the same.

  • As part of your stay, you will receive one free admission daily to select local attractions through Xplorie. No timeshare presentations or mandatory purchases are involved. One ticket choice per day of stay is included.
  • The property is located on Plaza Drive between traffic lights 0 and 1, behind Country Tonight in the entertainment district. Trolley stop is at the main road for rides throughout Pigeon Forge for a nominal fee of $0.50. Dollywood, softball fields, and The Island are approximately 2 miles away.
